Return & exchange

We offer a one-time return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

1. Embroidered & Customized Items (FINAL SALE) All sales are final for products featuring embroidery (names, logos, or icons).

Because these items are permanently personalized, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This includes errors in sizing or typos provided by the customer. Please review our size chart and your text carefully before finalizing your order.

2. Plain (Non-Embroidered) Items

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchange: An exchange order will be initiated after the original item is picked up. We allow one exchange for size issues.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or "clearance" are final and ineligible for return.

3. Refund Process

Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 5 days after the returned items pass quality checks.

Prepaid Orders: A flat ₹100 reverse shipment fee is deducted for returns (this fee is not charged for exchanges). Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

COD Orders: Refunds are provided via store credit in the form of a TheCareCouture Gift Card. COD handling charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

4. Errors or Defects If we make a mistake (e.g., embroidery does not match your submitted text or the garment has a physical defect), contact us at [Insert Email] within 7 days. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
