At TheCareCouture, we aim to deliver your medical apparel efficiently and securely across India.

1. Order Processing

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days
  • Customized/Embroidered Orders: Require an additional 2–4 working days before dispatch

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners.

4. Tracking

A tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote delivery locations

We are not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

6. Reverse Shipping

For eligible returns (non-embroidered items only):

  • If reverse pickup is available: we will arrange it
  • If not available: you must self-ship the product

Reimbursement:

  • Up to ₹150 upon submission of a valid courier invoice

7. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided:

  • TheCareCouture is not responsible for failed delivery
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping
