Refund policy

We offer a one-time return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

1. Embroidered & Customized Items (Final Sale)

All customized or embroidered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Name embroidery
  • Logos or icons
  • Customer-provided text errors
  • Size issues in customized products

Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

2. Plain (Non-Embroidered) Items

Eligibility

  • Must be unused and unwashed
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Tags must be intact

Exchange Policy

  • One-time exchange allowed for size issues
  • Exchange is initiated after pickup of original product

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned

3. Refund Process

Timeline

Refunds are initiated within 5 days after the returned item passes quality checks.

Prepaid Orders

  • ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted
  • Refund is issued to the original payment method

COD Orders

  • Refunds are issued as store credit (Gift Card)
  • COD handling charges are non-refundable

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • Incorrect embroidery (not matching your submission)

5. Abuse of Policy
