We sell medical apparel, including customized and embroidered products. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

4. Customization & Embroidery

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate names, text, and high-resolution logos. We embroider exactly what is submitted. We are not liable for spelling errors, typos, or incorrect inputs provided by the customer.

Intellectual Property

By submitting logos or designs, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content, or
  • You have permission to use it

We reserve the right to رفض or cancel any order that violates intellectual property rights.

Bulk Orders

Customers must provide finalized data (names, sizes, etc.) in the required format. Once submitted, this data is treated as final.

Digitization Fee

Certain logos require conversion into embroidery format. This digitization fee is non-refundable once processing has started.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR. Prices may change without notice.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation (except for Cash on Delivery orders).

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if processing has begun
  • Customized/embroidered orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once production starts

7. Limitation of Liability

TheCareCouture shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Errors arising from incorrect customer input

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
