Order Processing

Standard Orders: Processed within 1-2 business days.

Embroidered/Customized Items: Because each piece is custom-crafted, these require an additional 2-4 working days for dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

Products are typically delivered within 3-7 days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Tracking & Coverage

Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp immediately after your order is dispatched.

Coverage: We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

Reverse Shipping In cases of returns (eligible non-embroidered items only), if reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. We will reimburse self-shipping charges up to ₹150 upon submission of a valid courier invoice.
