Overview This website is operated by TheCareCouture. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TheCareCouture. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Customization & Embroidery

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate text, names, and high-resolution logos. We embroider exactly what is provided. We are not responsible for customer-side spelling errors or typos.

Intellectual Property: By uploading a logo or icon, you represent that you own the rights to that imagery or have explicit permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse any design that infringes on trademarks.

Bulk Order Data: For bulk orders, the customer must provide a finalized list of names and sizes via our approved format. This data is considered final once the order is placed.

Digitization: New logos may require a "digitization fee" to convert artwork into an embroidery-ready format. This fee is non-refundable once the process has begun.

Modifications to Service Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.
